How Much Will It Cost?
This depends on the type of surface and size of area to be cleaned.
There is a minimum charge of £70.00 for smaller areas.
A typical two car block paved driveway will cost approximately £100 for cleaning and re-sanding (Not including sealing)
How Long Does The Sealant Last?
Resin sealants last twice as long as acrylic sealant. This will give approximately 3 to 5 years between treatments, depending on conditions.
Can You Remove Unsightly Oil Stains?
In most cases yes! In severe cases where the stains have been there a long time there may still be some shading evidence of the stain. We may be able to further improve on this with the use of sealants.
How Long Will It Take?
It will take a fraction of the time required using a domestic power washer. Up to 400 square metres can be cleaned in a day with our high pressure rotary cleaner.
A follow up visit may be required to re-sand, as we require the area to be dry. We further require dry weather for the application of any sealants.
Will My Drive Or Patio Look Like new?
Rotary-jet pressure washing will not revive colour loss or fading caused by exposure to the ultra-violet light in sunlight. Coloured concrete is particularly prone to fading, whereas natural stone or clay block paving is less prone.
