Our Charges

Our charges are uncomplicated with no hidden extras and no call-out charge. All customers are made aware of our rates at the time they book their job with Drain-Medic. 

 

Hourly Rates:

On emergency drain cleaning: There is a minimum charge of one hour of £87.50. Thereafter work is charged in 15 minute increments of £20. 
Fixed Price:

Plumbing: Written and verbal quotations are available from our plumbers or we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job.  

Powerflush: Fixed competitive price structure from £300. Freephone 0800 2118 301. 
No Extras:

Customers will not be charged a call-out fee, or for the time our plumbers spend travelling to jobs.  

Estimates:

† Estimates are generally non chargeable 
Materials:

Materials supplied by Drain-Medic will be charged at cost plus 20%.  Collection time will be kept to a minimum - any charge will be agreed with the customer in advance and not exceed 30 minutes. 
Invoice:

Any invoice issued will always clearly show a full description of work carried out - time started/time finished, a breakdown of the cost of Labour, the materials used and the amount of the time spent onsite. 
Payment:

Payment must be made in full by cheque or cash to the plumber upon receipt of invoice. 

† Some estimates may incur a charge depending on the nature of the work. However, any charge made will be deducted from the final invoice.
